Capacity Assessments

Our psychologists offer assessments of an individual’s mental capacity to make decisions in relation to civil legal proceedings.

Full Psychological Assessments

We offer full psychological assessments of individuals in civil proceedings, focusing upon the psychological effects of their experiences, the likely causation of their psychological difficulties, and recommendations of treatment options.

Cognitive Assessments

We can offer cognitive assessments for individuals involved in civil proceedings and where there are questions regarding an individual’s ability to understand the proceedings or where it is believed that the individual’s cognitive capacity may have been adversely impacted by an event or trauma.
